Creating A Sound Footing For The Future With An Apprenticeship On-the-job Training All apprentices have full employment status and are paid rates set by the appropriate Joint Apprentice Board (JIB). Your pay will vary depending on location, travel allowances, overtime and experience. But most importantly, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced craftspeople who take a real interest in you. JTL Advanced Modern Apprenticeship A JTL Advanced Modern Apprenticeship in partnership with Mr. Electric is the ideal way to qualify as a skilled electrician. The Apprenticeship takes approximately four years and is divided between attending college for the theory elements and on-the-job practical training and experience with Mr. Electric. With a proven track record in training provision, JTL continues to deliver the majority of all NVQ Level 3 certificates across England & Wales. Fully Qualified Craftspeople Having completed the apprenticeship, as a qualified craftsperson you can expect to be earning an excellent basic salary with additional bonus and commission, this can increase significantly with on-target earnings substantially above the industry norm. |

Qualifying Supervisor A Qualified Supervisor is an electrically-competent person with specific responsibility on a day-to-day basis for the safety, technical standards and quality of electrical installation work under their supervision. They will have at least two consecutive years’ supervisory or managerial responsibility for the standard of electrical installation work and satisfy the technical training and / or experience requirements laid down by the NICEIC. An essential role in maintaining the Company’s standing with the regulatory bodies. As a leading member of the business team you will have the opportunity to not only develop your own skills but gain the satisfaction of mentoring others. |

As a Customer Service Representative with Mr. Electric, you will have excellent communication and organisational skills and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for booking appointments, coordinating technicians and materials and ensuring appropriate follow up when the jobs are complete.
